| We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. The QA Manager is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining set requirements, improving work processes and efficiency, whilst maintaining the highest quality standards within the company and ensuring that customer specifications are met. Suitable candidates require: Candidates must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Relevant ISO certification 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in ISO principles and practices, with specific reference to ISO 9001 Experience in conducting internal audits and facilitating non-conformance reports is essential Experience in ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety would be an advantage 3 – 5 years relevant print operations experience Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives autonomously Proficient in using MS Office applications High attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and create and review processes Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills A highly customer orientated attitude, self-starter, and strong work ethic A working knowledge of the business environment and production would be an advantage
