We are looking for an experienced Supervisor / Lithography Machine Minder to work in a fast-paced driven environment with custom product offering and quick turn-around projects.

The main objective of the Supervisor / Machine Minder is to oversee and manage the department, whilst running a printing press, and ensuring that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximize productivity and meet customer expectations.

Suitable candidates require:

·       Candidates must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent

·       Relevant Trade Qualification is essential 

·       At least 5 years’ proven relevant experience on one or similar printing presses, Heidelberg, Komori

·       Proven experience in a supervisory role  

·       Job specific skills and a working knowledge of the business environment

·       Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

·       Problem solving skills

·       A highly customer orientated attitude, quality, and attention to detail conscious

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

·       Ability to work extended hours and shifts, as and when required

·       Computer Literacy
